What data FlowGlow stores

All data you enter into FlowGlow — including cycle dates, symptoms, and settings — is stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

What data FlowGlow collects

FlowGlow itself does not collect any personal information, health data, analytics, usage data, or location data. The only exception is the device advertising identifier used by Google AdMob to serve ads in the free version of the app (see "Third-party services" below). FlowGlow does not collect any other device identifiers.

Accounts and sign-in

FlowGlow does not require or offer account creation, sign-in, email registration, or any form of user identification.

Cloud sync

FlowGlow does not sync data to the cloud. There is no backup to external servers. Your data exists solely on your device.

Third-party services

FlowGlow uses the following third-party services for app functionality only:

• Google Play Billing / App Store — to process subscription and lifetime purchase payments. Payment is handled entirely by Google/Apple. FlowGlow does not receive or store payment details.
• RevenueCat — to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription. No health data or personal information is shared with RevenueCat.
• AdMob — Google's mobile advertising service, used to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and limited technical data to serve and measure ads. No health data or personal information you enter into FlowGlow is shared with AdMob. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Aside from the advertising service described above, FlowGlow does not use any analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data sharing

FlowGlow does not share your health data or any other personal information you enter into the app with third parties — we don't have it. The only data shared with a third party is the device advertising identifier and limited technical data provided to Google AdMob to serve ads, as described under "Third-party services" above.

Data deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Biometric authentication

FlowGlow supports device biometrics (fingerprint, face recognition) to lock the app. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. FlowGlow does not access, process, or store biometric data.

Children's privacy

FlowGlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Since we don't have your contact information, we cannot notify you directly — we encourage you to check this page occasionally.
