1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowGlow, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

FlowGlow is a period and cycle tracking application that stores data locally on your device. It is intended as a personal health tool and is not a medical device.

3. Not medical advice

FlowGlow is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions and tracking features are estimates based on the data you provide. Do not rely on FlowGlow for contraception decisions or medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. Subscription and payment

FlowGlow is a paid application. We offer:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime (one-time) purchase

All plans include a 1-month free trial for new users. Payment is processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

5. Refunds

Refund policies are governed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. FlowGlow does not process payments directly.

6. Your data

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. FlowGlow does not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your information cannot be recovered.

7. Accuracy of predictions

Cycle predictions are statistical estimates. FlowGlow does not guarantee the accuracy of period, ovulation, or fertility predictions. Individual cycles vary, and predictions may not reflect your actual cycle.

8. Intellectual property

FlowGlow, its design, code, and content are owned by Drobtinca, Programiranje, Ana Droftina s.p. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

9. Limitation of liability

FlowGlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the app's predictions or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to FlowGlow at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowGlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
